LoudLog provides users with digital tools to:

  • Monitor and log noise events with timestamp documentation
  • Generate professional reports for noise complaint purposes
  • Export data in PDF and CSV formats
  • Send email reports at user discretion
  • Store noise tracking data securely

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use LoudLog. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with parental or guardian consent and supervision.

As a user of LoudLog, you agree to:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoudLog Inc. shall not be liable for:

  • Outcomes of legal disputes or noise complaint resolutions
  • Landlord or HOA decisions based on LoudLog reports
  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  • Interruptions to the Service or technical issues

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
