No Legal Guarantees: LoudLog does not guarantee that reports will be accepted by landlords, homeowners associations, courts, or legal authorities.
Measurement Accuracy: Noise level readings are estimates based on device microphones and are not certified professional measurements.
No Legal Advice: LoudLog does not provide legal advice. Consult qualified legal counsel for legal matters.
Documentation Purpose: Reports are intended for personal record-keeping and dispute resolution support only.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoudLog Inc. shall not be liable for:
- Outcomes of legal disputes or noise complaint resolutions
- Landlord or HOA decisions based on LoudLog reports
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
- Interruptions to the Service or technical issues
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Data and Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Account Termination
